The 48th Annual Jeffco Marching Festival is an exhibition-style format with judges providing commentary and feedback. There is a Drum Major retreat and acknowledgement of the bands at the end of the evening, but no scores. Scores and feedback are given to the music director on the Sunday following the exhibition. This is a Colorado Bandmasters Association-sanctioned festival and will follow all CBA rules and guidelines.

4:45 p.m. Festival start time
~4:45 p.m.: Brown Bag Dinner
6:15 p.m.: Pit/Props Volunteers and Uniform/Water Helpers arrive at Jeffco Stadium
8:00 p.m.: Performance
8:45 p.m.: Awards
~9:45 p.m.: Students arrive back at RV
~10:00 p.m.: Parents to pick up students at RV

Ticket pricing is as follows:
Adults: $12
Children/Students (18 and younger): $5
Seniors (65+): $5
Children 5 and under: Free
Per CBA Rules, pit crew and prop volunteers will be required to have a Field Pass wristband to enter the field and will be admitted to the FIELD ONLY. Pit crew and prop volunteers will not be admitted to the stands without a purchased attendance wristband.
The parking lot just west of the stadium (as you enter the Jeffco Stadium complex) is typically reserved for handicapped parking. You may park in the parking lot north of the stadium. There is an additional spectator entrance just north of the stadium. The main entrance is on the west side of the stadium.
