Arvada Harvest Parade

The RV Marching Band participates in the Arvada Harvest Parade every year. The band will meet at school and ride buses TO and FROM the parade staging area. We encourage parents and families to cheer on the Marching Band along the parade route. All members of the Band participate in the parade, including the Pit and Color Guard. We typically need a handful of volunteers to help with tasks such as hauling equipment trailers, assisting with uniforms, and carrying water for the band along the parade route. We also need volunteers to help serve breakfast to the students before they leave school to head to the parade.

Tentative RV Schedule:

6:30 a.m.: Hospitality Servers arrive at RV (meet in the back parking lot by the band room)

6:45 a.m.: Students arrive at RV

7:00 a.m.: Breakfast

9:00 a.m.: Parade start time

1:15 - 4:00 p.m.: Marching band rehearsal at RV

4:00 p.m.: Parents to pick up students at RV
